average stamina hopeless keeper
formidable pace good defender
very good technique very good playmaker
very good passing solid striker
What would you train? I feel he has anough pace for now and just popped this week. He is a 4 week talent. Im tempted to start passing training on the team but want to ensure this little diamond gets the best. So what would you train him in? Forget the rest of the team just focus on this player.
Me - Im thinking with pop passing, pop tech, pop passing, pop tech then see from there what random pops he has

I think passing is the best choice.
If he is U20 player and you have long term plans with him, then it doesn`t matter what you will choose.

im really looking at train secondaries or train primaries? In the oHTer game it is primaries all the way but in here it seems to me that secondaries are more important to train first.
How old is he and is he Scottish?
If he's young and not Scots then go back to keeper training :)

if i train him in passing and tech then i reckon he has a chance of being formidable * 3 by the start of next season (20)
actually now saying that he is a 4 week popper i may be wrong. He was a 4 week popper in pace which according to international is trained at 0.75 of normal training so with that math he is a 3 week popper.
international is al over the place in terms of the factor for pace training :P
4 weeks to formiddable pace at 20 though doesnt seem bad! am guessing its below talent of 4
as for training.. more pace isnt bad in my opinion...
passing though i guess is best after that.. in terms of U21 cant beat a player with decent main skils (passing, defender or striker) everything else needs to be good, but i think depending on position they are priority..
you should know ye'r U21, id look at what type of player will be missing in the team next season and the season after! assuming you want him playing for them that is :)
