Your coaching setup ok?

Otherwise the age and or talent of your players could be the problem.

Got 270k or so in bank, but decent players cost so damn much to buy, team is not yet good enough to go up into 1st div, and trainees taking so long to come through, my stadium is only 7k would i be better investing in that for now to try raise some more cash, i seem to be able to sell out all my home games.

If you are going to upgrade your stadium you should build some seats along one side of the pitch. I would go for the side that has 1000 benches just now and build as many seats as you feel that you can afford.
Most help guides say that you should get good trainees in place before worrying about your stadium but it is too easy to go bankrupt if you do not get your finances sorted.

What are you training? From your line-up I would guess pace. Are you keeping a note of how long players are taking to pop? If players are slow learners it means that they have low talent and you should try to sell them and replace with better talented players.

Are you using one of the manager help programs like Sokker Organiser or Apollo? They are great for keeping tabs on your trainees progress.
