It looks like Manda_Chuva is jacking in sokker and also the NT Database. I can of course take it on but i will be concerned that it will overload the DT database. The DT Database is currently sitting at 3.1 gig and the NT Dbase is sitting at 1gig. The provider that the DT Database is on has no size limit but does have a \\\"fair use policy\\\" in place.
So really the question is this as i know a few of you do not like the idea of a shared database.
Go it alone?
Keep it as is?
remember going it alone will cause firesokker to stop the automatic updates - unless i edit that and change the urls but then it will only work for us.

I voted for go it alone but it is really up to you as Dandy says. You have put a lot of work into this and it is nice to help the whole community but how much more work will you have to do?
its 6 and half for me. I know Dandy has issues with a shared dbase and i can understand why. Lets face it IF i run the whole shooting match its simple for me to access every countries players - however its a question of morals (to which i have none).

Like above, what's best for yourself and that should include your wallet. No money = no more sight seeing trips down the local.

Now that you mention, it, yep as you know. I don't particularly agree with the concept of an NT Dbase on security issues. Although it matters less and less each season as more and more teams get near perfect players in majority of positions. It would only be an advantage if it showed an NT had an unexpected weakness, unlikely. So most top NT matches come down to tactics anyway. Apparently the users involved don't peak at other NT players though, I guess how much you believe that is how much trust you have in people you don't know. Me, I don't trust a lot of the people I do know!
The only benifit of this is to allow more than 1 person to know the skills quickly an easily. Handy for large Nations who often have a team of scouts working for the NT.
My choice would be for you, rtg, to run it. But I would notice much if it disappeared.
