if you havent read the association thread here it is HERE.
Effectively i would like to step down from the u21s at the end of this tenure. Not because i am fed up with it but with the main reason i got the job in the first place. For the next user it is probably the most joy you will get out of this game. It really does get you hooked and creates a much better understanding of the game - erm well in my case maybe not :D
I would like the people who intend to run for election at the next campaign to get some understanding of the players you will have at your disposal and how you can play them etc in the next 8 friendlies.
This will give the person (or persons) much valued experience. lets face it it would be tough at the start of the qualifying campaign to get all the players sorted etc for week 1 of next season.
SO the thread in the association saw not ONE person throw their hat into the ring. Come on give it a go - its GRRRREEEEEAT as tony the tiger would say.

Can i just say that if anyone is thinking "I quite fancy it but doubt I could do it/doubt I'd win" kind of thing then think again.
The Scottish community are very good at backing their own and help and advice will be available from all, whether on the forum or privately by sk mail.
Personally I think that there's around 20 or so users who could do this job so hopefully one or two of you will step forward.

yup totally agreed. Remember the scouting system is sorted for you. The database is already filled.
Whoever takes this on is actually inheriting a bloody good team for the qualifications AND if qualified the best keeper/defence and MIDFIELD i have ever seen at u21 level for Scotland - YOU could win the cup for us.
