rtg [del] to All
Its time for the erm big boys to step up to the plate again as this game will be an Under 21 at the request of the honduras coach. Im waiting on quite a number of updates on players which has lapsed this last fortnight due to moving the database across to our very own secret database.

Team to follow - match orders to follow, match formation to follow and most importantly the free PIES and pints are flowing in the club house.

P.S. gutted that kinross have folded as i had a lot of fights with them when in that division.

dispite them using U21 wouldnt it be a good idea to play only those 21s that have a great chance or making the NT in 5-6 years

and play those 20yr that would benifit from the experiance for next years U21 wc campaign

fair point mate - there are a few things that come into consideration for this game and the next few as well.

Over the past 6 weeks ive been playing mainly 19/20 yr olds and the scorelines reflect that. On looking at our next crop of superstars i am seeing quite a few injured now - this of course makes me nervous playing them so close to the start of the next qualifying campaign. However the next few games are u20 (unless the other manager bottles it) , so they will get enough exp from these games.

Also to consider is our utterly gash ranking just now, looking at it isnt as bad as it looks as there are similar teams sitting round about us BUT it has to be improved on before the next draw is made.

Also - the current 19/20 yr olds will take probably the best part of 7-9 seasons before they can break into the full NT on a regular basis, so they have plenty experience to gain and of course plenty injuries to pick up from now until that glorious day.

a few new faces coming through for this game. Giving people a chance to have the glory of an U21 player also. You may notice a new striker coming into the fold. Not so great on striking abilities but wow on secondaries. Time to test that darn ME and see what happens with this guy. Anyway onto the bravehearts.

p.s.

got to say friendlies are utter boring and a mile. Very hard to check tactics etc during friendly times.

starts to wonder where im going wrong here. 10 shots a piece against a team (no offence to honduras but we should beat easily)

Somebody should tell Kerr McNaughton's 12355504 owner that Richard Dunne is Irish.
