ok folks. My Champions Cup campaign is getting underway today against the Champions of China, geniuskiller. For those of you with Plus, be sure to tune in for the match, kick-off is at 13:29 sokker time.

I'll be playing with a near full strength side, minus Brent Buchanan who picked up an injury yesterday (he will miss the first 3 rounds of the Champions Cup!) and also missing a first choice defender who is still slightly injured after being knobbled by Dandy in last season's finale.

It should also be one of the first matches with the new match engine.

that wasn't as big a moment as when he swapped his wingbacks at half time.

his uber defender was covering tennislover the first half and kept him quiet, but second half was switched to the left flank giving tennislover and Prus ample space to terrorise down the other side.

It nearly worked as i've been swapping wingers at half time. Gibby did his home work. but literally 10 minutes before kick-off i changed my mind on the swap ;)

i was watching to see if this height thing would be visible. Alas not - yes your average height forwards scored some headers but most of the time when they did they were up against a defender not that bigger than them. Gibbage had one defender at 189cm but the other two were of comparable sizes to your forwards.

Im half tempted to play a mental tactic in my first league game to see what happens - in fact i may very well do it.

Corinthians Vs St Johnstone. They all seem pretty confident that you are in for a hammering here Suttie - im sure you will prove otherwise ;)
