Subject: »It's Election Time Again

It is election time again! You will have the opportunity to stand for election as the national team coach (either Senior or U21) of any nation, and vote a Senior and U21 manager for your own nation.

To access the election page, go to the respective country homepage, then click on National Team, and then Elections.

If you stand for election, it is recommended that you open ONE thread in the appropriate country forum after the elections start. Please prefix your thread with [NT] or [U21] , e.g. [NT] forestman or [U21] guacamole. Please do NOT spam forums, SK-mail people directly for votes, or spam users Guest Books. Any of these spammy activities will result in forum banning and/or financial fine.

Please remember that a user who has been elected as an NT manager will not be able to resign from their job. Therefore when you stand for the NT job, it is not only for fun, it is also your responsibility to serve the full term which the people that voted you into the job thought you should serve.

Elections will start on the 7th and end on 20th December @ 22:15 so start preparing your speeches, asking candidates tough questions & voting!

-As usual, candidates are not allow to write in other candidates thread;
-We can use this Thread for general Discussion;
-Bumping its own thread is not allow. i will bump every election thread after the first week, and few days before the end to make everyone visible;
-Vote request or election spam through SK mail is an automatic forum ban for the election period, so if you receive some, keep the mail and forward it to someone who cares ;)

a word to all.

I am stepping down as u21 of Scotland - mainly as i feel i have had my fun and it is time for someone else to take over and enjoy the challenge of the next world cup. Its been a great experience, i must say and i encourage any user (Scottish of course) to run for this. Dont worry if you feel you are too in experienced, all you need is plenty time on your hands to dive into it head first.

I know a few users are swithering on running. No matter who wins (as long as they are Scottish (suttie excluded of course as he really is Scottish and pretends he isnt)) I will offer any help on the Dream Team site and the Database we set up.

Good luck to all in the elections. Im pretty sure Dandy will run for NT so that is that one sewn up but the u21 is now open for hopefully the first ever proper election Scotland has had.

PLEASE - dont just back the first person to say "I will go for it" - lets get an exciting election going on here.
