Hello, my name is Fabio Hanchuck, I am Brazilian and I'm running to be the new coach of Scottish sokker, always wanted to coach this team, and I have trained for this. Will answer any question posted here, so can ask what they think is necessary.I thank those who vote for me. A great season to all, Thank you.
right i have devised a question which will be sent to all candidates (including NT ones).
Over the past 3 seasons the scottish I and the community has embarked on the following items to try to improve Sokker Scotland for the best.
1. Spammed loads of forums and got our userbase up to 200+ I think it was.
2. Printed details of up & coming U21 fixtures with guess the score to get a chosen player to play in the next friendly.
3. Formed a massive 4 mentors to try to keep people interested.
4. Mailed every single new user to give advice and direction at the beginning of the game.
ALL of the above failed to spark any life into this community. To the extent that we are now spiralling towards our lowest ever userbase as far as i can remember.
There are no dedicated trainers in scotland as there are in England.
The NT games go by with hardly a mention from the community.
The weekly games go by with hardly a break of glass (apart from Stevies bottle).
WHAT would you do to solve any of the above issues?

Thank you, I had noticed this error, and would ask to take care that puts you in the right way. =D
There are 2 days to quiz be your technical team as well because it is not mine, is yours Scots, since I entered sokker, quiz me closer to Scotland, as Scots had a player, wanted to speed the selection, but I selling it early. What I want is to become a great coach sokker, and I would win a lot of experience driving their selection.
That Scotland has few players is true, if we increase that number, for sure we will have more players to make such a selection. But we have to find out why the Scots' unwillingness to play sokker, as you said, they play for England, but what they play there? Because she has a stronger team? Because she has more players? Yes, that seems to be true. We'd have to mount a strong Scotland, to attract more players. At first, we could call our friends for them to play for Scotland, becoming one of the users Scots call a friend, it will help, and much, and if users are increasing, the team playing well ... I believe that users will only increase.
We form a forum on the training, to help get the doubts of each new user, or old does not yet have much experience, or have small doubts. We ask each user savvy, choose a new user and help him to gain experience it. We ask each user to help the moderators for example, not all of their functions, but to expand the knowledge of sokker, helping the next. Teaching ways to make your team grow, as I do with my time in Brazil, I coach quarterbacks, and with that I sell them and buy new players, I know that coaching is a complicated, difficult, but is the basis of sokker we can not stay there only buying foreign players, and training for them to play against our team, we should try to train more of our juniors, or try to train more Scottish, in order to strengthen this group.
Intend to comment at the end of each game box, the errors, which has been improved, what remains to be improved, the reason for the possible defeat or victory. And answer questions from users who want to find out after the games, and also accept tips from anyone else who finds the tactics or lineup defective crucial. I will consider such tips, and if possible, I want to hire them for the next game. Thank you.
Even though it is difficult to achieve all this, I want to risk not only to be known as a user who coached Scotland, but to gain more experience, help you, to me, and Scotland that I see here in Brazil in several movies, and I know that not every country is a beautiful country.
Hope that answers your question correctly, I know I can not be the user more able to earn the honor of coaching his country, but achieving this will try to fulfill whatever you want. We could open a forum with this same question, but the directing users to the Scots, since the selection is not only one of us, but all of them. And this question would do, surely, could make it optimal results. It may seem that I have an answer to this question, but it is not true, would have several, but since it was invented in sokker, it is difficult to say anything that is good enough to answer this question. So I believe that we should find out what people want to see this selection, we can not give you an idea, and put into practice, and end up going on what I've seen happen many, many times, in which ideas were put into practice without support of other users, and thus causing more and more problems. And so it moved more and more in this forum.

Excuse me, but I believe that you are not choosing their questions correctly.
First, I do not have access to players, to be able to tell which one is best in each position, it would just be watching the games, but without knowing your skills, it is difficult, because one day this player plays well, and on another day he plays badly, varies in each game, my answer would be more accurate if I had access to the skills of these players. erm, i think you'll find the same question was asked to all the NT candidates (including the U21s). They had no problem answering this, so i don't think the problem lies with the questions.
And to be honest, your attitude to these questions has really turned me against you. If i had any doubt which way i was voting, i don't have any now.

If the problem is not the questions ... So if I ask what is the best player in MID DEF and my team, you will know the answer? Only if I showed you the skills of my players, there's no way I answer the same question about the Scottish team, not because I was shown not one of the players. well some of the potential reasons for asking that question is:
1) to see how serious and committed to Scotland you are. If you have been following our team you would know our star players.
2) to test your scouting ability. If you can investigate and find out which of our players are dangerous, you can be good at scouting out the opponents players and design tactics accordingly.
And as for identifying the best players if your team... its not relevant. You are the one who has to win us over with your job application. And two of the most important leasons to learn with any job application is: 1) do your research properly for that job, and 2) expect the unexpected when it comes to questions. you gotta think quick and be prepared to answer anything they through at you with a wee bit of knowledge and a good wallup of BS.

Excuse me, but all that you imposed here, I realize in my team, Ukraine Atletico Clube. Perhaps it was the champion last season, I know that now make another stronger will be more difficult to win, but I will not give up, I'll be there every day, changing tactics as many times as necessary, and guessing the steps of my opponent.
