2- i had a think about it and i gotta say , im in no position just now to give opinions on who i think is the best 20yr old in their position as i currently dont know all of the skills

i do believe that form is a deciding factor on players - so i would also take that into consideration before selecting a team or best player , i know some really decent talented players can struggle with form and that would hider their chances of playing regularly for the U21 team

If you win the election there will be no friendly games to experiment with at the start and less than a week to prepare for our opening qualifier against Wales which will be a typical 6 pointer so early in the campaign.

How do you see your first few days going in preparation for this match?

as most of you know - im a shift worker so i got plenty of time on my hands ( dont tell the wife tho ! ) so if i was lucky enough to be electedmy first few days would be spent going through our available players and getting a squad selected of the best available at the time

i would also take some time to have a look at the welsh team and how they had been lining up in previous matches to see if there was anything i could use to my advantage regards tactics . i have used the same tactic for my own team all season and im really pleased with the results ive had from it but if im elected to the u21 job i would also spend some time making new tactics

i also believe rtg has done a fantastic job whilst he has been in charge so due to that the next person to take over actually has an easier job than past candidates , with all the data in the database

1) How would you go about setting your Positioning for Attacking Throw Ins?

2) How would you go about setting your Positioning for Defending Throw Ins?

3) When to use an Offside Trap and when not?

1 - That would vary for each individual opponent , i believe you would have to take a look at the tactics the opponent uses and devise something from that - whether it be long throw up the line for a winger or positioning players in the middle of the pitch for a throw then quick pass

2 - Much the same as above - as you can see with my own team i like to have my defence in a tight line across the box and have my midfielders help out defending set pieces so that is something id also use

3- Id say the offside trap should be used mostly when up against "superior" teams - although its something i tend not to rely on and mostly try to use player positioning to stop my opponents - also i dont want to give too much away , a future opponent could be reading this lol
