I would of course normally comment on this group but i will leave that to our 3 budding candidates to state how they feel about this group.

I'm not one of those people who candidate for a moderate country by promising them - in online translated English - the final victory in the WC finals. If youre realistic, Turkey and Hrvatska have probably a larger pool of players (based on their userbases) and are thus less sensible to injuries and low forms. Cymru is a smaller country and from what I've seen on their forums during the last seasons, they have less quality upfront, but a very decent midfield. The bottom 2 teams should be a walk in the park though.

Its an easy group considering what we have. ;)

Turkey have by far the biggest user base, Croatia are not very strong. Scotland has a good pool of players, you should definately be aiming for 2nd imo with Croatia.

well, the average value of Croatia's players is still 20% higher than Scotland's ;)
And thats probably not because they have 5 double divine gk in their squad or all of their players are in superdivine form where Scottish ones are in tragic form ... :) Values and ratings dont say a lot, but they give an impression though.

In our first world cup qualifier we had Hungary, Holland, France and us - we were 4th biggest country and had less squad skill average value....we still got through and I am sure you can do it with Scotland. You are guaranteed a better striker than most teams there in your group. ;)

true. Most games will be a matter of scoring a lot of goal as I think scotland will concede quite some goals as well :)

I have to beat Germany and Italy the champs without strikers again, next season is the first time we will have ok strikers.

I think Scotland can qualify from that group. Polands one made me laugh, 2nd biggest nation Latvia with 170 users...... :/
