Seems to me that it would be more interesting. If this was a multi set up like this.

England v Holland
Scotland v Holland
Ireland v Holland
Wales v Holland

Then you could tally them up for a final score
England + Celts v Holland.

This way as a Scot I can do my best for Scotland. Holland being my second favourite place in the World, Id be happy with a draw. Then still be able to cheer on the Dutch against England. This is my right!
