ok , heres why im seriously considering chucking the youth school . below is just one of the current shambles i have in the kiddies team

So based on this , what id like to know is what the heck is going on ? has it been implemented and just a total balls up ? ( new system)

the above player is just one of my kids but believe me almost every one of them is the same

does anyone have any info or advice they could give please cos im totally lost with the juniors just now

well, are you playing him each week? that helps the accuracy.


but anyway why do you still have Jimmy MacBaxter still in your youth academy?
he appears talentless, has low skills and will be 20 when pulled :P

i have a little tip to help with the anoying new system.
the best thing is to not look at each week sepeprately, but to look at a rolling 3 week average.
each week, look at the lads last 3 weeks, and take an average of that. this will help to smooth out the ups and downs to some extent.

yeah , he has played regular also mate - i have some players with no pop in 5 weeks then a double pop then a single pop

Also you could installed oSokker which does it for you and produces things like this.. (tho its not 100% for me).

im using Apollo as well but it doesnt give you a good idea of talent , maybe i just have a bunch of haddies lol
