Curious to see what people are planning on training in the future, and also how they've trained in the past.
For me:
The Past:
I started off training strikers way back in 2004, training striking, tech and pace.
However, since i switched to training mids i've kept a record of my weekly trainings (since 20 Oct 2005).
Since then my training over the last 231 weeks has been split up as follows:
Stamina: 11 weeks (4.8%)
Pace: 71 weeks (30.7%)
Tech: 43 weeks (18.6%)
Pass: 58 weeks (25.1%)
PM: 36 weeks (15.58%)
Def: 12 weeks (5.2%)
Strike: 0 weeks
Keeper: 0 weeks
Didn't realise i've almost trained as much stamina as i have defense
The Future:
More of the same, focus on Pace, tech, passing and PM, with a splattering of defense.

i cant really tell you exactly what i have trained in the past in weeks etc but it was a mixture of passing, pace and tech.
Future is going to be ~6 weeks passing then 6 weeks pace then 6 weeks tech then i shall see where Mr Vaughan is at that point.
