id say its under 4 but im really unsure of how to track the new system at all just now

all replies would be much appreciated

The new system is crap altogether,theres no resembelance at all to the last.I dislike it a lot.

i agree mate , i wish we could return to the old style . at least then you could easily see how bad or how good your players were

I've not been playing that long and was just getting to grips with the youth system when it changed. The new one is honking though. I'm ending up keeping nearly ever youth that comes in as I've no idea whats going on.

i was hoping one of the top managers would've shed some light by now

ive been playing ages mambo and im seriously lost with my youths lol

he started at level 5 in 11 weeks he is now 9 so 11/4 = less than 3 BUT im sure you have a number of weeks to the left of the graph.

In effect just take his starting level, his finishing level and divide by how many weeks he was in the school to get his talent now.

Which was basically the way it worked before.

I've just abandoned keeping track of youth talent now. Seems like a waste of time.

Fine in theory but now the coach just estimates talent and can be out by up to 3 levels.

The only way to get a true talent reading now imo is by training with the senior squad. Anything else is just a guess.

had a look at my graph on plus and on apollo (i also use that) and on both it looks like he plopped after 1 week in the youth squad - thats al the info i can gather on him so i cant say if he was there before

hopefully he keeps this rate up , but with my drunken youth coach he could end up coming out poor lol
