my latest rant....
yup your right - prices doesnt matter at all. What does matter is that due to the supporter mood change (i think) then people are getting less sponsor money in. This is due to the plummet of supporters mood on a loss and the steady increase in mood when winning i.e. from 7 to 1 then 4 games later back to 7. Why does it take 1 game to freefall to rock bottom but 4 to get back up to where you started.
So yes we do adapt - i have just had to fire the 2 of the 3 magical assistants i had. I am adapting but to the players who dont realise its coaches that is killing them we can say bye bye to them due to bankruptcy.
The changes were all announced but nowhere did it ever say "now you may have to rethink your coaches as you will have much much much less money that what you had before each week".
Thats the biggest single issue that i see - teams were in a comfort zone and have been "unwittingly" battered economy wise with absolutely no warning of it happening.
I know Greg says there is nothing wrong - many teams have plenty money yada yada yada but im seeing too many in Scotland now firing coaches who have had these coaches for many a season (i had mine for 4 seasons, easily maintaining them - even in division 2) now i have to fire or else i would have said bye bye due to finances.
There is something clearly wrong and for the devs to take the ostrich in the sand approach is a tad frustrating.

Are small Countries suffering worse due to smaller cup competitions? A decent cup run can generate some extra income. Too many in smaller Countries its a no go.
dunno mate - i also just noticed this for me....
This week
depressed supporters (level 3) - 1 supporter joined the club
Last week
your supporters believe in their club (level 4) - 3 supporters left the club

Your supporters are furious
The only good thing about this is the fact i could change my team name and the mood couldnt drop lower
the amount of cash coming into teams each week is plummeting big time in scotland , i like almost everyone else it seems in scotland am struggling cash wise ( over the home/away period) and i never had that bother before this season

i created a topic in the bugs/ideas forum abou whether or not the sokker economy needs a boost
one very simple idea they could easily implement that would help big time would be that in pre-season you dont pay player wages , that would get the whole sokker economy going again i reckon

Can you at least quote me right? I said
My fans seem to be happy when I'm in first place and the mood slowly drops when I am not.
Not I'm in first place and the mood slowly drops
