Subject: coaches question

here is a list of my coaches

1.Magical youth coach
2.Magical head coach
3.magical assistant coach
4.brilliant assistant coach
5.brilliant assistant coach

my question is what difference would it make to my training if i were to sack one of my brilliant assistants?

in theory you will see slightly less randoms. I used to have 3 magical assistants and now only have 1. At the moment i cant afford to sack him but my finances are climbing back up since sacking 2 of the 3.

I only have 2 assistant coaches. Can't afford another decent one. Is it better to get an extra mediocre coach or just leave it as is?

if you can afford one then yes. effectively the higher total of general skill you have is better for general training on your players. i.e. having 3 * excellent [10] coaches = 30 rather than having 2 * brilliant which = 28. You will also find that having those 2 brilliant costs more in wages than having 3 excellent coaches.
