Subject: What keeps you playing Sokker?

There's been more than a few threads with negative outlooks on the forums recently, with (more than valid) complaints about fan mood, finances and such like being the focus of many a frustration.

However, the users who are frustrated do keep playing for the most part, so to try and focus on the positive, I felt we should discuss the reasons for that.

Personally, I really enjoy the training of players. I've got less money in the bank than I've made in transfer dealings since I started, I've lost a load of fans over the last couple of seasons, and my time in the Premier League was an absolute disaster, but it's all worth it for that log-in on a Thursday morning if a few pops are apparent.

What is it that keeps you going on here?

for me its the Thursday morning thing. Logging in to see if vaughan or others have popped. Add that to the NT games and seeing them pop and mature into legends. When in the u21s Friday night was special (more so than NT i must admit due to time). The game is addictive thats for sure.

Well Im just new here, so still learning the game and the training etc. Seems good to me. Ive seen some moans about this and that. You always get moans. Not just with the games. Its human nature.

How many times does someone say. That was good, this was great...people are more likely to do the other.

Good to see a positive thread for a change.

Everyone who sticks around would probably say training is one of the hooks to this game, me too. I also like the fact you can have detailed or simple tactics using the editor. For new teams the challenge to get a team built up from scratch is a good hook.

For established teams its all about trying to keep having a good team.
