Subject: Ticket prices
that wasnt a full stand for me but i didnt think i would have filled it or even get close to it. 41k fans was a surprise i must say
The team played a match. Income from tickets was 311 700 £
darn, should have put the prices up even more... was a sell out.
Though i'm not complaining with the money... need it as my weekly expense is over 400k!!!!

im now considering pumping it up by 1 or 2 quid for the cup match coming up.
Scottish football full stop never mind Rangers.
I think the main reason Rangers are in the sh*t is because of finances, Celtic just try too much to be like a Premier League club, they should re-vert to what they did 5 years ago, which was counter attack and score.
Bring back Martin O'Neill I say, and put Neil Lennon as assistant or coach along with Alan Thompson and Johan Mjallby. :)

So, i'm interested in all your results ;)
I got full houses in my home matches. :)
105 000 $ in the bag (compared to the old 75 000 $) :)

sounds like you need to put the price up even more.
what you want is a price that leaves you just short of a full house. that means you've got the price spot on for that match.

charged a 10 at the side of the pitch and it was full.charged a 10 at either end three quarters full.yepee.
not sure if this is well thought through
one of my corner stands charged £60 and sold 788 of the 1000 seats
bringing in £47k which is the same as selling out at £47 a seat
obviously if this was the ECL or EPL then thats about right
but i dont think its right in the context of this game

I had prices set the same for benches behind the goal and seats down the side.
The benches had more fans....strange.

nope according to greg thats normal. The way i see it is if you set the benches HIGHER than seats you will still get more in the benches. It has been discussed to death on the mod forums but greg is adamant it is correct.
Couple of questions.
1) Do I need to set ticket price for a friendly?
2) I have my tickets selling at about £2 to £4 and never get a full house. The only tickets that sell well are the £3.75 benches, while the nice comfy seats at £2 are only 1/2 to 2/3 full. I take it I'm doing it wrong?
