Subject: Junior situation

Has anyone had any decent juniors over this season.

For example i have an unearthly junior coach and at present i have 11 juniors. Of those 11 juniors SEVEN of them plopped this week down to a level which, before the changes, i would have sacked a long time ago. This is brutal

11 juniors and the average level of my school is adequate. Terrible

No, 4 seasons and counting since I kept one of my juniors to train. And even then Billy Ferguson isn't that good. So 5 seasons really.

I've disbanded my junior team this season and plan to use the extra cash to buy in my trainees from now on. Think its makes sense in this current climate.

Its a concern. But I'm still making a profit from the juniors I sell overall (I think), just only keeping the very best. Some seasons are a loss but others are a decent profit.

look at the state of my current juniors. I mean this is horrendous.

I only have an excellent junior coach, but my best 2 youths have improved one level between them in 5 weeks. Up 2, down 2, up 1, down 1.. I'm going to stop looking I think. Don't know what was wrong with the old sydstem, this one is crap imo.

Most of my squad came from my youth team. I have a few excellents in there and this is with a formidable coach. I am happy with my set-up

I seem to have more luck than most skill wise but they never come out at a decent age.
