hi, my name is warren jr, i am the manager of celtic rangers.i have recently guided myteam to the pleay offs after my team being 5 points away from the opposition asc aberdeen.what i really like is finding young talent, i have strong feelings about theyoung players and i want the best for them. if i became coach, i would bring new tatics and a new foundation for the youth to build on. if u give me the job. it will be a dream and a privilage. with ur help, i can achieve great thing with all the work the perivous manager did

This is a WC season i beleive for the U21, what experience would you bring to the NT which would be good in situations when you might have to face stronger teams in your group?

well, i want to bring something new to the table, the previous manager did fanstastic, but i want to do something different and with faith i can do that. i am about to face a strong opposition in the play offs, i will try and fing out their weaknesses and use it to my advantage. with international, i will watch matchs and studied them

but erm, youre quite a newbie (your first team is less than a season old?) Maybe you should learn to change tactics for real, instead of renaming them? :)

i have been in scotland before with this same club aberden athletic. i know the game, i am not a newbie

first of all, i do not use standard tatics, and because scotland did not qualify, i can have a pratice season to get used to it. think about it

well it looks to me you do, it looks just like the "normal" tactic but renamed.

i change the things in it so techically, it is different

if push comes to shove i will put my name forward for either U21 (prefered) or the NT (not perfered) my comunication skills suck, but i have learnt alot about this game in my couple of season playing, and still learning every day, i would prefer to be an assistant to someone with experiance but as i said if push comes to shove i will stand to keep the roles in scotland

and this is about me. i know i am not as known, but if you give me the chance, i might surprise a couple of you. and that is wat i will do
