Actually, he has slightly moved one player I believe, the number eight.

Here is his tactic, overlaid with a regular bot 'Normal' tactic.

Well for your week 15 friendly, prove you can make a completely new tactic (no preset).

If you can't, get a tutor.
If you can, get tutored in U21 with help from these lads.

That make sense to anyone? Because U21 requires MORE tactical skill then regular NT, as your playerbase is less balanced and 'expansive'.

I'm sorry, I absolutely can't stand people who say they have a tactical mind. I've got nothing against the guy, nor his senseless bashing of anyone who mildly critiques him (an explosion of rage against Matt, me and Owen after we mentioned he needed to show tactical ability and be slightly more experienced, which he flipped about.)

The 'Normal' Tactic is guff cymru12. Utter guff. Use it against any team at U21 level and you will hammered. The reason why you are doing so well in your league is that - everyone else uses the same tactic, you generally have better players than most (12 of which will start losing skills/are already losing skills, that's not sustainable.) which explains how you have done so well in an average division.

I've got nothing against him, until he claims his Normal tactic is genius. Blech.

I'm not criticising you. I'm sorry for the straw man fallacy. I just don't feel you could manage a NT, unless you have some ability with tactics. You don't need to be Mourinho. My first match here I made a tactic because the presets are guff. My first tactic was guff. I just don't feel you should you should be put straight in the tactical deep end from using presets. I'd love to be proved wrong though.
