Hi men!

I decided to compete for the U21 coach election. I have a good experience, no problems with tactics, great ability as talent scout.

I think Scotland team should be more flexible, changing the disposal wrt the opponent.
My proposal is to improve the overall ranking trying to grew up new young player (also 18 years old if possible), cause the only chance to compete with great teams (Poland, Italy, Spain, ...) is to facilitate young players (16/17/18) when they are not yet shaped.

Finally, I think it is very very important to stimulate debate and confrontation, cause the development of the community is the only way to improve the Scottish NT...
