ok another scots has applied for u21s so i have withdrawn standing for NT unless a quailfied scot wants the job

same goes for NT dont expect much from me in turns of comunations and results
as i aint the best manager in scotland by a long shot
and written comms is my weak point

in other words I WILL WIN THE WORLD CUP FOR SCOTLAND :) *

cymru personally i would perfer someone with a little more experiance, it would be helpfull if you played the game for a few seasons showing some knowledge of the training and tactics involed in running a team
if i remember right your only half a season into the game after being banned for having accounts in various nations stick with the game show your abilties and people will give you a chance

ok after long thought and much delibrating (feck my spelling) well 2 minutes worth
i have realised i havent a clue about next season i think its world cup quailfing
obviously my goal would be to get into the next stage
but i am going to try and bring through some of our younger talent
i noticed rtg has a coupld of younger players in the squad these should be the backbone
but to help bring on the other younger players i will try and field under 25s and under 23s
for friendlies leaving the older players just for the full internationals
even if i cant get other teams to field under 25s or under 23s i will player younger players even if it means slipping a little in the rankings to help bring the next group of players on and improve
our team in the long run so i will need info in the ntdb for all prospects of reasonable standard espically if there have u21 caps in the past and have continued to improve

ps do i get a tea boy if i get the job as i could do with a brew

ok. I have been deliberately quiet for a while now.

I need two questions answered if you dont mind mate.

Will you listen to what the managers advise to you in the association i.e. i took it on the chin when ally and dandy went tonto with me on my first selection in the first week.

Will you look at what other teams are doing and change your tactics to suit? This really has to be done week in week out when qualifying

1 of course i will listen disect and intergrate dandy has helped me in the past with my team, i never take the advice without questioning it and then i will take the advice onboard not always everything but most things

2 i will watch other games and try and utilise what i see, problem is everyone changes tatics week in week out so i will always pick a balanced side as i have problem with not wanting caught out, but my balanced tatics SHOULD be changed week in week out depending on how i feel the oppos will line up

i al always tampering with my tatics slightly if i see problems but i understand with that national team that alot of the games go down to predicting and challenging the other teams tatics so i will be trying to create a balanced different tatics to challenge the oppo each week,

i am not a huge fan of teams with single wingers but i am open to be convinced
