cant believe i only lost 2-1 :) - played a very weak team for training purposes lol

gotta say im totally peed off lately , JM commented before about his team being given offside when his players are clearly on , ive witnessed it and he is correct

what id like to know is whats going on with the passing ? , this season has been awful , ive seen so many misplaced passes by defenders and midfielders its not even funny anymore ! , so many times unmarked defenders with decent passing turn round and hoof the ball outta play

does anyone (rtg?) know what the hell is going on ? being coach of the U21 team has also highlighted many bizarre things t me personally i feel really should be fixed ! :)

Phew, I was lucky tonight. Took a risk playing my reserve defence for training purposes & I nearly paid the price for it. At least I will get one last payday before I get knocked out.

That's down to playmaking and yes I've noticed it.

I had a game last week where my defender played my striker through for an assist from just inside his own half.

Later in the game from the identical position the same def hoofs the ball out the park when in tons of free space and having plenty of time.

Doesn't make sense :(

well there goes my cup run was shocked i only got beat 4-3 it could of been alot worse
time to rebuild my team now though

getting bored of my team and really need to freshen things up , im looking for offers on a few players so i can raise some funds !

just selling a couple older players to bring in some trainees get the wage bill down

with my fans losing hope dispite a comfy league postion i cant afford 33 and 34 year old non trainees

I won 5 nil against Welsh Prem team, and we both played our weakest squads.

take a look at my squad mate , got 3 pretty decent lads on Transfer Topic :)

i would be keeping 2 of them for training 3rd one is still young enough to keep in squad infact your squad is alot younger than mine overall

i know mate , im just bored , i need to freshen the team up a lot

glad im enjoying the U21 job , or id have done something stupid by now lol
