Subject: Transfers en rule changes

Just a note for you all that transfers en rules has changed dramatically. You can now only post valuations in the threads already created OR post K topics i.e. what you are looking for. You can no longer post TL topics.

to clear matters this only affects transfers (EN) on the international forums.
