Subject: A Plea To All Managers

Ok lads and lassies

As you know im currently the U21 manager and although im really enjoying it , its proving to be really hard going . We have so many young players who need to be trained more in certain areas and at the moment it aint really happening well enough to provide the NT with players with enough quality for the future

What im asking of every single person who reads this is PLEASE update any player you have that you think has even the smallest chance to be an U21 player. if you are unsure or even cant be bothered to do this simply send me a mail and i can do it for you , we must improve what we have in terms of players coming through as its simply nowhere near good enough just now

I have personally sacraficed my own teams chances of winning the league this season to focus on 2 players who are good enough in every aspect bar pace to be stars of the future , im currently keeping all my funds i have to buy any more young scots that become available that fit my training plan

I know not everyone can be bothered / has the time or even knows how to update their youths but please please pretty please at least mail me and let me do it for you :)
