Well im a glutton for punishment and im putting my name forward again , ive had a full season of ups and downs , injuries and suspensions but given the chance id like to continue the job ive started , yes i may have used as many players as good old berti vogts did but im hoping in the long run its gonna be worth it !

Thanks Morsey buddy , much appreciated . I think most people can see what ive been trying to do last season with looking at players and attempting to build for the long term

Thought I might as well fire in with a couple of questions.

We're 44th in the rankings at the moment so that means we'll have two (or three??) teams above us in the rankings in our group (not sure of how the qualification groups are structured so happy to be corrected/educated). Either way, it's gonna be a challenge to qualify given this and with the squad that we have presently.

How confident are you that we can progress in the competition? And what have you learnt from your time as manager so far that will help you to do so?

Well id be a liar if i said i was totally confident mate - at the moment im afraid our squad isnt the strongest but it would be my job to make sure i picked tactics to suit what best we have

As you probably know this last season has been a challenge , but for me its a massive learning curve and one which ive enjoyed and been totally frustrated in equal measures lol

My tactics are something that i do need to work a little on , but ive been watching other teams and trying to prepare for them with the knowledge that i pick up from various scouting

One thing i will also mention is that yes the results havent been the greatest in my 1st season , but at the same time ive hardly been ablr to name the best XI at any point due to injury and suspensions , Hopefully in the new season , if elected i can put that right Giovanni

@Giovanni we will be in pot 3 (16 leagues so split the rankings of u21 teams into 16 and you can see the mountain we will have).
