I\'m in the process of applying for the U21 scotland manager, im looking for your votes to take the team forward into a new era!

What are your strengths?
What are your aims?
Why should Scotlands' users choose you?

2 key strengths of a manager are

1) patience

2) perseverance

my aims are to get in touch with all scottish current sokker users and find the talent they have in there squads and plan around the positives each player has and build a succesful formation that can work and hopefully build on the good work that has been achieved to date.

Choose me as im a newb, yes new, new ideas, new outlook, and old heads advice to help a new manager on his way!

hmm even i dont know what you want from this question lol.

The fact that you think im a newb is nonsense as i know ppl that have been on here for years so i know all the rules and way how to approach this game i just chose now to join and show you what i can achieve, so its up to you all to believe in me or stick with the same old, coz it seems in the past if you aint in the SPL dont apply coz yer probably a chocolate and hivna got a clue.

Im trying to shw that yes me form Div 2 can take on a role above what certain ppl think is above my station.

i wouldn't say that, Cymru was bonkers enough to let me be the NT manager a couple of seasons back. But from that i gained so much experience

Both our NT managers presently have never played in the top division.

I will be scouring John o Groats to Aberdeen to find the finest potential Scotland have and work with the best squad i can find and then you'll see improvement or i'll eat my curry!

Slovenia 7 Scotland 0, mmmm something rotten in denmark with that result, what positives can you take from that?

yes you beat england last game and that seems to be the end all for a manager, yes that was a good result, but bigger picture is we must be competing in every game!

Actually it was 7-1 ;)

Slovenia had a very strong side, and the score was a tad excessive :)

But there is luck with this game - England U21 0 - 1 Macedonia U21 comes to mind, even though England had 17 shots to Macedonia's 1.
