Subject: what a waste !

he can tackle - check
he doesn't give the ball away - check (technique is by far the most important skill now)
yeah, he's slow. But he can probably afford to be.

He might be ok in a lower division against bot teams but imagine him against a striker with high pace. With the launch & run system he would get totally found out.

I'm imagining him more in a training match where it doesn't really matter how he plays as he's becoming triple unearthly by his mid/late 20s.Not a top player but far from a write-off!.

13 levels in pace at the age? He'd be a formidable/outstanding at best.

He's got another 6 or 7 seasons in him at least,say 100 training weeks.I reckon I'd get him higher than that formidable/outstanding anyways.Not that I'd personally want to train him,just saying if that's the owner's plan he's not really a waste at all!.

23-28 are his trainable years - after 24 he goes and at least halves his training speed.
