Hello everyone

I would like to offer my services to be you National team manager.
I will start with some info about me:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 28yr , work in graphic design and internet marketing.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and Latvija NT since i work from home.

Experience in the game:
I was Israel National team manager for 3 season , and 3 seasons before that i worked as assistent.
Than i moved to Latvija for a "life" project, i managed Latvija for 10 or 12 seasons (since 28.9.08 and im bad in math..;-). My goal in Latvija as i said there from the start was to build a strong team for the future and a strong local base that will only get better in time, and we did it, we because the community joined the journey and we built a strong team that will be much stronger in the future, for now the team advanced from around the 70th place when we started to around the 40th place, but most importantly, we built a strong base.
(You saw some of the potential last season when we played in the Mini WC and lost in penalties)

So after so much time i decided that me and Latvija NT need a brake to change the bad luck we had and i'm sure it will change now, for both of us..
:-)

I managed many NT matches, made i guess around 200 tactics or more, voted as one of the best 4 in the game a couple of seasons ago, won i think 12 championships, some cup, doubles.

Actually, my first WCQ season was with Israel in a group with Scotland, England and Slovenija (don't remember the 5th team), Israel was in it's first seasons in the game and we draw with you twice.. the "oldies" here might remember it, at the end we didn't qualify because of 1 point..
For me coming here will be kind of a closer..

I can list here some good results we made, if you will want to see some just let me know.
:-)

My goals:
My goal with the National Team will be to try and get to the top 32 but the main goal and the more important one will be to qualify for the WC next season.
But, even with that in mind, i won't just play some oldies to win win win, i always think about the future and the young potentials, so whenever its will be possible we will use younger players and prospects.
I also give more credit to players that are trained by local managers since in most cases this players will be trained for the long term and not just for profits.

Connection with the community:
Its maybe the most important thing, the only way to have a successful NT is having a good and supporting community and keeping them involved in the NT.
We will use our close forum to talk about the coming matches, hear your opinions and keep you on track with whats going on with the NT, players entering the squad, leaving it, prospects, training, potentials for sale, updated on players pop ups and so on.
I will also make a tactical lessons topic where i will show you stuff from my experience, tactics, why we played X, how the formation worked or didn't worked and so on.
Also if some will want to assist me and the NT than i will be happy to get any help, scouting, tips or other stuff, and hear any opinion, i always listen and learn myself.

My way of play:
I don't have a favorite formation, for every game we will try to find the best way, style and formations, so i wont tell you:"we will play offensive!" or "we will play to lose by less than 5 goals" or stuff like that, we will just try to win every match and find the best way to do that.

So i hope you will vote for me and i will be happy to answer your questions.
:-)

Well, Scotland was always one of my favorite countries in real life, you always have a fighting spirit in you NT and I like it, also my favorite movie in all time is Bravheart, and like I said, I always wanted to manage your NT someday :-)

I want you all to know that I'm not a "come and go" manager who just came to win, I have an agenda for always thinking about the future and the potentials so like I said, it will always be in mind and the community will be involved in it

As touching as your speech is, angum has mastered a program that works amazing with sokker and with him having better players than he has with his day to day team I believe he can take Scotland to the higher echelons of NT ranking!

Ps Aberdeen or Rangers?

Well, it's a tricky question and i will need to be diplomatic here..
Don't really have a favorite, but i'm usually with the underdogs....

"I always wanted to manage your NT someday"

LOL, you sound a bit like every player who signs for Rangers or Celtic. I've supported them all my life etc etc etc

Anyway what do you think of your competitors for the NT job? Why should I vote for you rather than angum?

ps - Rangers or Celtic?

I wouldn't mind signing for Rangers or Celtic, some Israeli players played in both of them (but i think Eyal Berkovic was the best one..) so maybe it's time for a coach?..
;-)

About the competitors for the NT job, i respect every candidate and i'm sure everyone will do the best he can if he will get elected and that's what counts after all..

Come on, another tricky one, than none, but in Celtic plays one of the best Israeli mids (well, i personally think he sucks, at least in the NT and when he played in my favorite team in Israel Maccabi Haifa...), still i will go with Cowdenbeath, i really liked them few seasons ago playing in some lower division..
;-)
