these are the players,i think in 2 seasons the above will be better than Ali at the same age.
one defender that needs pace and tec as does the other. There brought in so when i switch in a few weeks they get the same training as the strikers.
Im only selling and buying too keep interested the league im in is crap and i wont get prmooted this season.
i can see your thinking but not sure they will be better than ali at same stage of there carears

I agree, can't see them being as good as Ali unless they are extremely talented. And they need a lot of pace training.
pace trains slower than other skills so i always look for players with pace first
I do the opposite,i always thought pace one one of the fastest.
Fastest pop to poor pace in the history of sokker was 3 weeks...
Screw that, I don't even look at training someone from my junior school without at least good pace to start with. And if I'm signing a young player to train I would probably look for even higher pace as a starting level.
I always think, how long is it going to take to get him in my first team. And if my 1st team is magical or higher for pace then someone lower than good is going to take about 2-3 seasons of solid pace training. And I don't have the patience for that!

because you can train 22 players with pace each week its the slowest skill to train
...or the fastest... 22 trained with say, a 6 week pop, is quicker than a 10 trained with a 3 week pop.
