Pace is trained by all players that played at least once during the week, regardless of position. Although this is similar to stamina training, pace is a physical training and thus its effectiveness depends on both a player’s age and talent.

I dont think your totally correct there,in my opinion pace is a very fast training method.Especially if talented and young as specified above.

itek44 has advised me that Pele O'Conner's owner has been banned. This boy is one of our best prospects. Is there any way to save this player? Can an admin transfer list him? Even if I give him a cap for Scotland I'm presuming his training will stop after his team goes bot. Or are we basically screwed here?

Apparently they don't get listed anymore. Giving them a cap just stops them from being deleted. And then they don't get training anymore either so we are pretty much screwed.
