another online game i play ( a cricket game) today announced franchise teams where under the same log in a player with there version of plus can control a 2nd team these teams would be barred by the softwaare from interacting with each other wondered what others think of this for sokker?

can the 2 teams play in the same league? If so, I could see some match fixing going on.

in the cricket game you have to be in different nations each team can be involved in up to 3 league compertitions and in one which is interntation it would be possible for both teams to be in same league but the odds on it happening would be remote

i would of though if sokker did it would be an idea to reprogram promotion so that teams cant promote into same league as their other team and for cup game you could have a normal cup and a cup for franchise teams

Well, i wish it was in sokker, this could really help small sk-nations, even for a cost of some sk-money (like maintaining the team), it's like there is Barcelona-B, but i promise you it will never happen here, not becasue it's not good, but because they never change things to be better, only worse..

They do something like that in pmanager. They charge users to have a 2nd (or more!) team, it's more to make money than anything. Not sure I'd be in favour of it in SK.

The idea is differenct i think, it should be something like a reserve team..

i would of thought it could work along the lines of get a 2nd team but it has to be based in a different nation, transfer between it and the main team would not be allowed

one major difference though would be that the franchise teams youth players could be from either nations of the main team or the franchise team

Or, as Sharoni said it could be like a farm team. In which case transfers should be allowed between the teams at no cost and with no open auction.

That way your juniors can grow up in the farm team and then move on into the first team when it's their time.

You could even say then there would be no more need for these unrealistic friendlies we have every week.
