Hello everyone
I would like to offer my services to be you National team manager for the 2nd season now.
I will start with some info about me:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 28yr , work in graphic design and internet marketing.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and Latvija NT since i work from home.
Experience in the game:
I was Israel National team manager for 3 season , and 3 seasons before that i worked as assistent.
Latvija NT manager for 12 seasons.
And your manager in the last season.

Last season:
We had a great season, 14 wins in 14 matches, winning the Mini WC and moving from the 36th place in rankings to the 25th place (and making it to the 2nd pot in the WCQ which was our main goal this season).
We had some nice results and the players played well and did their max and that's what's important, that they showed the spirit i want them to show.

My goals:
Our goal this season will be to make it to the WC, don't really care at this point if it's from the 2nd place or the 1st place, we just got to make it.
We still don't know our group in the WCQ but we will do our best in any group.
In the friendly matches between the WCQ matches we will play mostly with our youngsters to get them some extra training that will help us for the future and resting our starters for the official matches.
Connection with the community:
Its maybe the most important thing, the only way to have a successful NT is having a good and supporting community and keeping them involved in the NT.
We will use our close forum to talk about the coming matches, hear your opinions and keep you on track with whats going on with the NT, players entering the squad, leaving it, prospects, training, potentials for sale, updated on players pop ups and so on.
Hope we will be more active this season, maybe you are waiting for our first lose to wake up?..

My way of play:
As you saw this season i don't have a favorite formation, for every game we will try to find the best way, style and formations, so i wont tell you:"we will play offensive!" or "we will play to lose by less than 5 goals" or stuff like that, we will just try to win every match and find the best way to do that.
So i hope you will vote for me for the 2nd time and i will be happy to answer your questions.

Overhauling the whole midfield for a younger team. No pressure on the team whatsoever for next seasons while they grow (though staying in top league would be nice as getting back in might be hard once being out). So yeah, a time I guess :)
