I ahve been in sokker manager in scoltand for 6 seasons now. I have seen Managers of Scotland take control and go, and now i believe i am ready to take the challenge. I believe in the success of the u21s, there are the players of tomorrow and i believe i can give them the quality and confidence to be that as a team.
