Ok, now that my Scotland striker Kris Lennie (27 years) has reached triple super-divine status in tech, striker, and pace (and other nice skills in passing, defense, and playmaking) it's time to change training for me, I guess.
Since I have now young players at the moment (but many old ones) it's quite open what I could train. Any suggestions? I am thinking of keepers but are totally undecided.

We need more Gary Caldwell's for the Scotland U21's!
I also would sell Lennie. Preferably before I play you again.
Well, it's an option, but if you want to invest in your team and make it more powerful than it's better to train defenders / mids / strikers (in case you will sell Lennie and you plan to train some more NT players for the future), if you don't plan to invest much time on sokker than keepers are an option, but again, i wouldn't recommend it..

Selling Lennie... not sure if I want to do this. I quite got used to him... :-)
I have some cracking strikers, another guy who is on the Polish NT watch list. So I want to build my team around these guys and probably not sell them but train a different position instead. I always played with three strikers to optimise training. If I were to train midfielders or defenders, what formations would be best from a training point of view?
if your training defence or mid you need to have 5 in those positions formations are personal choice
