what causes the players to be absent minded in training? :/ 3 weeks in a row my unearthly at technique coach has failed to train my players at technique....

2nd poor training week on the trot

17 year old trainee to poor pace.

4 randoms , 3 of which were a stamina, a defence and a technique spread between my 2 keepers.

Must be due a barrowload of pace pops soon!
