trained pace for the last time in a wee while, will be switching to passing training for a bit.

22 yr old Eesti NT -> incred
20 yr old German NT squad member -> formid
22 yr old -> outstanding
19 yr old scot -> excel

randoms
25 yr old striker -> adequate PM
same 20 yr old german -> average keeping
+2/-1 stamina (one of +1 was for the same 20 yr old german)


youth squad
pulled a weak junior who was in the academy for 1 week. came out at 19 and was poo all round. sacked

-> good +3 (only full pop took 3 weeks)
-> good + 19 (this week's youth... 1st week of season is on track)
-> weak + 26
-> solid +26 (1st full pop took 4 weeks)

1 lad started with so much optimistic fan fair... appearing as an adequate 32, and popping on the first week... so was a good+31. however, 9 weeks later he is a good +22... no more pops.
will finally sack the lad.
if he had popped this week then he might have had a chance to finally promote as an excellent. but no pop this week means even his days are up.

14 pops on 10 players, thats the trainees up to respectable stamina levels.

Form could be worse.

£4m striker popped for a second time, both pops were 3 weeks.

Youth i'm selling popped to incredible.

None of my new slow defenders popped :(

Keeper popped to poor tech. Nothing else happened. Boooo...

24 year old German defender popped to good tech

Form isn't great, a few players on tragic form. :(

One though was a four weeks to incredible on a striker
One was three weeks to a recently signed defender(2nd pop) to excellent
