Subject: training results

ok Mark is a good looking guy, but i'm not sure if he is good enough for NT material.

As he's 21, its his final year at trying to break into the U21's so he has quite a bit of work to get his passing up to a suitable level.

As a very very rough analysis, i have compared him to a couple of my MID trainees.

Mark's sum total of pace+tech+passing+defense+pm = 48
As a comparison, here are a selection of my own trainees:

21 yr old German U21 NT, with total of: 59
20 yr old Scot U21 NT, with total of: 49
20 yr old Romanian U21 NT, total of: 50
and even, 19 yr old trainee, total of: 51

ok, i know this is a very rough comparison, and Scotland is a small nation so the standard is not as high as other countries to claim a place in the NT squad, but for me its hard to imagine that Mark is up to the standard of the Scotland U21s.
All i'm saying is, don't focus your training on the aim of getting him to the U21 squad as it's a bit of a risk if you make it or not. The focus should be what training is best for you and your players in the long run.

my youth who popped 3/4/4/4 was promoted today , was hoping for better lol , after the latest pops im gonna change training , not sure whether to go for striking or technique

he was a reasonably fast popper in the youths and hopefully he continues now in the first team , i changed training to tech now so once he pops a level or 2 i will look to mayeb train up my midfielders again

Form all over the place. Should be the last week of Pace training next week all things being well.

Nothing special you may think. Took 11 weeks for his first pop. Sadly will never see what his true talent is/was.

No random pops this week, Polish kids form is back down to tragic... Switching training to Passing for a fair amount of time now.

had 1 random and form was +1 so not too bad overall
