Subject: training results
The sad thing is, they are probably the best youths I have ever had .. and that's with a very good coach. There are
enough youth rejects coming out of my team to populate a small country!
My team is well screwed from top to bottom.
Oh well ...

I don't want to start a new thread with a question, so I'll ask it in here.
I just had a youth pop to excellent today with 18 weeks still to go!
That sounds a bit promising, doesn't it?

well it does sound good, but there are two things.
1. Do you know how often he has been popping?
2. I think there is still the chance that he will be crap when he comes out. Not to bring you down at all

he sounds great!
how good is your coach?
how many weeks does your youth take to pop?

Yeah, so lets see how many weeks it is until he pops again, then we will know for sure. But I have a slight problem, in that I have people with multiple good skills and I think I have too many trainees now, but I am not sure. I should really take a proper look at my team and work out who my trainees are.
Afraid I havn't been keeping a track, but I do know that's his second pop as he joined as a 'solid' youth. Memory often fails me but I think he was a 32 weeks initially, which would suggest 7 weeks per pop. I'll remind you all when he pops again.
Youth coach has an excellent appraisal, would there be high and low sub-levels to that? perhaps based on salary?
