Subject: [U21] dmnk
Given that, for season 73(so the previous one) we had:
GK 56%
DEF 61%
MID 57%
ATT 62%
And now it looks as follows:
Season 74
GK 63%
DEF 64%
MID 55%
ATT 61%
That shows us that we are:
* more or less in a similar place comparing to the previous season
* our defensive formations are slightly better, while offensive are slightly worse
* all of these doesnt consider form, injuries etc. so it'll never show the full picture
Any questions, conclusions, thoughts? Is that interesting or not? I'll post some more thoughts later when I have some spare time and if I see any interest in this :)
See you later!

I do this for current season squad and next season squad in Australia... but with each player ranked on a list i put in forum, then when the season ends i make a final update on the 21 yo's and paste it in old teams post, with info on their new age updated once a season... I make it to finetune training on current and next season squad and to give senior coaches a good tool.
In Australia we/they train most the talents ourselves, and they most, if not nearly all know, they must ALWAYS start with pace, so I dont have to advice much on u18 players, although i gladly do if they ask ofc... and ofc if I see someone stand out in the database, i ask their training plans at u18 age..

That’s interesting. Do you have it in a place I can have look or is it on a private forum? I’d like to see how you do it, and what works for you
Thanks adaca, I had a look.
I wonder what people think about sharing scores for specific players, so we can have ranking of best players. I don't have time to update it weekly, but once per season in the first week, I can definitely do.
So we will end up with the rank of the best players in each age group.
Any objections? I think that'd be interesting.

That would be fine. I did that before.
I tried to maintain it every week.
That was probably too much.

Sure, now I remember you doing this - I'll try to do something similar soon :)

You should do it in last week of season. Thursday or friday... so you get final score of the 21 yo before they become hall of fame players..
I'll do first, cause I have more data for the first week already, also the purpose of all of these to estimate the current power of U21 team. Doing it in the last week, doesn't give much info, except of how good are players, that are almost gone :)
Happy for someone else to do the Hall of Fame :) The idea is interesting, but need to draw a line somewhere.
