better you than me :)

What level is your youth coach? (mine is brill)

Of course, luck of the youths makes more of a difference....
2007-02-01 19:08:07
Don't worry, mine are worse...
Number of places: 27
Juniors in the school: 21
Average level: adequate
2007-02-01 19:38:49
Number of places: 30
Juniors in the school: 24
Average level: good

This isnt the greatest comparison though... a youth squad with 10 x solid 1's will have a better average that 10 x adequate 25's

I know which I'd want. :)

And I thought Iwas doing quite well, just goes to show how much of a novice I really am.

Number of places: 9
Juniors in the school: 7
Average level: good

Mine is Brill too, but only since about 5 weeks ago, before he was outstanding.

Anyway, i'm happier now, my YS compares with QP's :)

We were all there once mate. Takes time. Just get the best youth trainer you can afford and add a few places here and there. Upgrade your youth coach when you next have surplus capital, it pays off. Don't get into debt again though. :)

Number of places: 21
Juniors in the school: 15
Average level: good

my lot are really poo

that 15 includes 3 - 5 guys on probation

1 guy coming next week will be outstanding +3 (popping every 5 weeks)
got another guy who could make incredible in 13 weeks time (if he continues to pop in 4 weeks)...

thats it... rest are pants

remember my good 34?

He is now bollox 27 [still good :( ]

wow, 4 great pulls coming up on the same day.

Tip. If you pull 2 and are disappointed,
wait half an hour or something before pulling the other 2, as sokker may have some crazy time seeding just like HT :)

I'm pretty convinced that coach level puts a limit on how high a junior can go. Need to get rid of my excellent coach I think.
