Goan the hops!
2007-06-14 10:09:04
Marvin (I heard it through the) Gayre (vine) -yea, ok, terrible..

Popped to unearthly today, 2 more weeks to go, average pop 3.25
2007-06-14 12:24:39
will that be week 1 or week 16?
2007-06-14 12:27:51
Week 16, the day before the age update.

So he will be 18, 19 or 20 when pulled, and 19, 20 or 21 the day after.

I'm expecting a 21 year old so anything else should make me happy. :)

Looks like I might have another one.

Neill McLaren good 30

Entered school at average and popped to adequate on first thursday, then no pop, no pop, and popped on 3rd week to good. (yesterday 21-06-07)

+ - - +
2007-06-22 16:36:59
ooh he entered as average +34?

i always thought that 32 was max for some reason...
2007-06-22 16:54:34
I was a bit puzzled by that myself when I was working out that post.

But Marting Gayre was definitely 33 weeks when he entered.
2007-06-22 20:50:57
nope 34 weeks is max
2007-06-23 09:16:24
so a player can come out at 21 years of age?

ie start at 18 and train 2 seasons + 2 weeks...

never heard of that happening...
2007-06-23 09:19:44
Got a 33 hopeless today.

Sacked
2007-06-23 09:20:47
Possibly can't gat a 34 in week 15 or 16?
2007-06-23 12:29:31
Leon Raynes average 34 Reject
2007-06-23 12:51:18
Ok, keep him and see how old he is when pulled. ;p

Hmm, now I think about it I recall someone suggesting that a player like that wouldn't be 18. Probably no-one really knows though except Greg and a couple others.

i have a brilliant +2 to go so i think he is a week 1 pull.

He had been popping every 3 weeks but that last pop took 4 which is just wrong imo.

16 is the youngest youth you can get.

16 weeks per season.

34 / 16 = 2 remainder 2

So the absolute youngest a 34 week youth would come out is 19, in week 2 of the third season after he arrived in the youth squad right at the beginning of a season.

:)

we're talking 18 when he starts, not 18 when he comes out :P
