Subject: Welcome message for new users.

This still being done. Nobody new in over a month??

Any further thoughts on how to get the numbers up?

ive tried to get people to join up , but after showing them the site when they register they havent got a team

i tried 3 times for my brother andeach time he didnt get a team . maybe after the initial rejection thtas enough to put people off

I only ever got one reply from all those i mailed.

I take it it was wasn't same pc or web access?

Did you contact the admins to say there was a problem?

Maybe if they had put you as a referer they would have had a contact?

Disappointing if genuine users are not able to get signed up.


We could do with a recruitment drive again. Drop a word on forums we visit. If anyone has ideas what we could do?


Its difficult for newbies, they hace a very easy division to start of then hit a wall early in the shape of a tough division one league if they get promoted. Would be very helpful to have a level in between. To get we need to pretty much double our user base. There has been little or no growth for a long time.

agreed with the extra tier. Would be great if we could add a new level, but restrict it so that only a quarter of the leagues are actually used. keeps all the new users together. nothing worse than being the only human team in a league of bots.

that would require a bit of cooperation from the devs, which i doubt we'd get.

we applied on my brothers computer , but i had logged into my own account to show him what the game was all about

i did send a message at the time , but after 3 failed attempts to gain a team im afraid he gave up , i will try to persuade him to join again but he isnt the first person i know who has tried to get a team and hasnt even had a reply

send me a sk mail before he applies with:
- his nick
- hit teamname
- his registration adress (email)

There is a topic on the modforum where I can put this information and tell them its your brother, and normally they accept this cases then, instead of reject them due to shared IP
