Subject: Coaches and Wages

2008-03-18 22:32:14
Yikes.

Just under 75k last week although that will be nearer 83k this week. Still peanuts compared to your champagne and caviar guzzlers though. :)

I now have an incredible main coach, magical junior and assistants are 2x brill and 1x incred.

Suppose my coach pulling earlier wasn't as bad as I thought. 80k odds for a reasonably waged brill, probably similar to what I'd have paid on the transfers.

I'd still rather not know how much I've spent on coach pulling since I started though.

ouch... what coaches do you have?

my coach wage bill last week was:

87 450 £

add the extra 14k due to my 2 new brilliants, and its roughly £100k a week i'm spending.

3 magicals and 2 brilliant.

All 3 magicals are high wage but after spending over 600k i thought that i better keep something :)

I am seeing a lot more 3 week pops in my junior school though and despite what it looks like on the pitch, i also have a few talented youngsters too so in the long run i'm hoping that it will pay for itself.

I upgraded my head & junior coaches last season and made 5 coach pulls at £19,500 each (set everything to magical except keeper at solid) and kept the 2 best pulls which were:

took your advice

replaced my 2 outstandings and 1 formidable, to 3 incredible's

overall i am paying 3 grand a week more which must good buisness, and the keeper skill on each of them is below good

A single level alone is arguably worth (in terms of the boost to training) over 5k a week (with good trainees), so 4 more levels overall for 3k is very nice going. :)

Was wondering what would train pace quicker, unearthly pace on main coach with 2x incredible and outstanding assistants or magical pace on main coach with magical, incred and outstanding assistants? guessing it's not enough to bother changing about

i'd think the unearthly pace skill of the main coach would give more pace training.

its basically 1 level of main coach skill vs 2 levels of assistant skills.
2008-04-06 19:02:53
only 2 assistants?

its best to have 3 of the guys
