The way i see it is that as more users enter the game even young untalented youth pulls will be a fair old price and i see it as the only way forward,if you have enough youth pulls that you dont wnat to keep then that should help keep the good trainers at the club and help the training and sustainability of the club.

Got the urge again and got lucky/unlucky , whatever way that you look at it :)

Got this guy on the 3rd attempt after setting everything to unearthly(i know it registers as magical but done it anyway) except keeper which i left on "Any"

Luke Brodie, age: 55

wage: 22 605 £
club: YoYo, country: Scotland
brilliant coach
Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina average of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing magical of striker

A bit expensive for a Brilliant but a nice coach nevertheless. He'll now be my head coach with 3 magical assistants.

He replace a guy who i obviously just released who was a very cheap brilliant so if anyone is thinking of upgrading, he'll make a useful Youth/Asst coach.

Roy MacDowall, age: 65

wage: 15 795 £
country: Scotland
brilliant coach
Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina excellent of keeper
unearthly of pace formidable of defender
magical of technique brilliant of playmaker
brilliant of passing brilliant of striker

You can see the minimum wages on the first page of this thread.

He's available on the trainers TL if anyone fancies him.

thats very lucky... hes a perfect head coach!

Great catch, but you won't tempt me into trying the lottery again. I'm never changing my coaches again, ever. (Unless one retires.)

And here it is...

Actually reading through it, it's not that great and brought back painful memories of how much money was spent chasing a 'perfect' training set-up.

Currently considering dropping my youth team and coach as it never produces anything. (I have 1 trainee currently that came through the system.) Just a big drain on finances.

Once I'm rich, I can reconsider with a magical youth coach but as of now, just doesn't seem worth it.

I think you should at least keep it with inc-brilliant coach, you can never know..
:-)

my expenditure is quite modest - 50k through the search for a head coach with unearthly pace/def and magical stamina, 10k more through search for a good assistant, two more excellent assistants through the TL for 75k each (because their wages are very low), brilliant youth coach for 250k also from TL (again, very low wage for a brill).

problem is, I need to replace the head coach and the good assistant, and possibly the youth coach too. The youth coach can go as one of the assistants, but spending money on a magical and then again on an unearthly does not sound too appealing.

Back in the day there was a similar topic in England where I think a lot of the info here came from (it was done by redjim). Possible you are thinking of that one?

Adrian Szolomayer, age: 60

wage: 17 940 £
country: România,
incredible coach
Training effectiveness as head coach:
good of stamina unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique unearthly of playmaker
incredible of passing unearthly of striker

120k

not ideal, but ok given the price
