so you will pull him 1 day before players age on week 15 thursday.
he will be aged 17-19 years old.

he will age 1 year after being pulled.

if you wait till after aging to pull him, it will not help as he will age in the junior school...

Thanks that was what i was wondering about.I f i win todays game i get automatic promotion.Need it as my coaches wage bills are horrendous for my small club.May need to sell Mark MCcrae to cover costs .

i've just been looking at my own squad. my problem isn't the costs, its that all my lads are getting old.

i've just earmarked 4 lads to sell next season (including 2 trainees). I recon i should raise about 14M quid from the 4 to invest in a new world class striker and keeper (and 2 cheap trainees) ;)

Well if was to raise 700k i would be pleased enough to cover 1 season with my present coaches.

..that's it, 4 players for the season; and only one of them is worth having.

I have loads in my youth school but everyone will come out at about very good / excellent as usual. I never get any talented folk (better than 4), there is 1 guy who is on course to come out at incredible......bit pants really.

i only got just over 4ok for my incredible plus ,4 week talent so i wouldnt get too excited.

I didn't think my post gave the impression that I was the least bit excited :)

...although Dickov, my current NT defender was an incredible +0 if I recall. It all depends on the age and skill spread you get :)

I've seen brilliants go for peanuts and excellents fetch fortunes....so at least there is hope for all of us :)
