Stevie - I'd give the story more credence if your source knew how they'd be in debt to the tune of £12m. Although attendances have been down, season tickets have been relatively stable and are up on last year, and operating profit has been rising, with bank debt reduced to £1.5m, so it's difficult to see where a debt of £12m could come from.

totally understandable mate

he was told that due to the european flop this season , thats where the loss will come in , it could just be pie in the sky but thats what he heard so who knows ?

Maybe the 12m debt has come from boruc's pie supply?
2010-01-02 15:20:19
lol :)

by the looks of it loovens and mcdonald are helping him out with the pies !

Could be. Maybe Ferguson and McGregor stuck the bar bill from Loch Lomond on Scott Broon's room bill.
2010-01-03 12:19:45
wouldnt that take it closer to 14m then ? :)

Fair point. Looks like the match is going in the polar opposite of expectation, but then I followed Celtic under Burns when we lost games where we whupped Rangers asses like we did in the first half, so taking nothing for granted :)

im happy to steal a point !

bit peed aff with the ref tho , that was a disgracefully one sided biased performance ! , also he shouldve sent off laugherty as his tackle was a disgrace !

it says it all when my bro ( who hates the old firm ) texted me to say the ref was a homer lol

who does he support, partick thistle?

Thought young Wilson played well today,Rangers got what they came for a draw another master tactical display from Walter i would say.Celyic played well but lacked a decent finsiher.I cant see Keane going to Celtic in Janruary, would be very suprised if he did.The biscuit tin isnt that big.
2010-01-03 20:09:46
i would be surprised if celtic can afford him mikey mate
2010-01-03 20:22:10
The really sad thing about to today is..the whole of Britain got to see that dross :(
2010-01-03 20:25:35
I didn't, only residental Sky viewers could watch it, Sky have added SS3 to the extra sport package (meaning we have to pay extra for it), I mean, why pay extra for Scottish football?
2010-01-03 20:33:47
If you're not interested in Scottish football why are you here talking about it?

2010-01-03 20:35:39
I support Celtic, why would I not be interested in it?

Anyway, I am interested in it, it's just I pay £100 (well, my dad does) a month to watch Sky and English football, I then have to pay £10 extra a month just to watch Scottish football, the world's gone mad!

I took your comment "why pay extra for Scottish football? " to be derogatory. Strange thing to say if you're interested in Scottish football.

Does your dad subscribe to the porn channels?

My sky bill (sky+) includes all sky channels and espn with multi room and comes in around £65.00
