Long way to go yet my fellow bluenose - we all know how regular sellik score late goals to win games

Killie not been to bad so far , just hope they can hang on and get at least a point from this game
2010-02-02 22:01:43
Celtic were 1 to 3 on to win the game,i dont see any sign that the players signed are better than the players he sold. The one player that was always going to get goals was the Mcdonald and he is gone.
2010-02-02 22:04:09
totally agree

be interesting to see how they cope without the goals skippy got them - im just glad we didnt really lose anyone ( mendes been guff ) . also with the minimum 7 point lead after tonight and massive goal difference we have im still keeping my fingers crossed that we can win the league , we need it more than celtic do anyway lol
2010-02-02 22:24:19
so Rangers have a potential 9 point lead over Hibernian then ;)

Im here to win trophies.

Heres Keanes interview,my question is do they still have the Glasgow cup?
2010-02-02 23:22:44
Nope.. :\

This all reminds me of a certain news headline...

'Super Caley go ballistic, Celtic are atrocious'
2010-02-03 07:41:55
Rangers are terrrible as well mate, honestly dont worry i was bored last night so i thought i would post a little but the standard in general especially of my team as well aint good. Its just the phase scottish football is going through. When will it end is the question.
2010-02-03 19:39:20
Without Boyd, Miller, Edu and Beasley I don't think you're actually gonna beat St Johnstone to be quite honest.
2010-02-03 19:43:58
Cant believe some of the comments in here!! shocking.....lol
Celtic were in almost the same postion last season as Rangers are this season and look how it finished. Both teams are shocking this season, which celtic have acknowledged and started making changes.
Keane is a superstar player (no one can dispute that), who will help raise the profile of the scottish premier league big time, and will given at least a couple of games start scoring for fun. Rangers are hardly lighting the scottish game alive with all the talk of massive debts, bank control and really dismall performances. Keane is a celtic fan and has been since he was a boy, he regularly comes to glasgow to see the hoops, FACT.
I honestly still think Celtic will win the league, even though it has been one of there worst starts to a season, they now have the potential to turn things around, and i think when mowbary gets his prefered starting eleven together, and gelled we will be unstoppable for at least 3 seasons, unless some crazy man or Tinchy strider type ploughs mega bucks into rangers fairly quickly.

The End ;-)

2010-02-03 19:45:22
or one of the other top 6 clubs
2010-02-03 19:46:41
When I heard McDonald left, I thought why? Because he's our main goal-scorer!
2010-02-03 19:51:03
we made 3 million on him???

shame he has left but he was pretty average to be honest, hardly a larsson, cadette or keane
2010-02-03 22:55:03
10 points is a lot artikis, even Rangers were not that many points behind last season.Di you see the Killie game i would bet Mcdonald would have scored one of the Keane chances,he is not an out and out goalsscorer more of a maker of chances.
2010-02-04 17:05:10
i get what your saying, i did see the Killie game....McDonald had a poor season and was not scoring goals though, as is samaras and fortune.

Keane will still score more goals than either of them, as you said he will also set up a good few, The Killie games was a big ask, given he had a pretty hectic 24hrs and probs never really got to train or play with the rest of the team, I would of started the guy who scored at the weekend and brought keane on later in the game.

Anyway i still think there will be an upset, i cant see rangers or celtic winning the rest of there games, and if rangers lose players to suspension/injury then they could be streched
2010-02-04 17:31:51
if you think about rangers are really 11 points clear because of their superior goal difference. cant see celtic coming back from that but stranger things have happened.

There are some interesting comments in here. Celtic have leaked goals, but then have had to bring players straight in after selling Caldwell and some injuries, and have failed to score but have tried to address that by buying 3 strikers.

Rangers are going through the same injury problems now, so will be interesting to see what direction it takes, if they can keep grinding out results and manage to get some kind of result in games where they take a spanking.
