I think I'll follow Ebbe Skovdahl on this one, mate "Statistics are like a miniskirt. What they reveal provides some interest, but it is what they hide which is most intriguing", but I will say I admire your stubborn resistance. For what it's worth I didn't think Celtic deserved to lose, but after the unfair advantage Rangers did have the greater chances and possession, but I thought that big match fluffer Boyd was going to blow it for you.

lol - man dontcha just hate being an old firm fan ?

Boydie i thought played well , his overall team play has improved and he had a couple of chances - one cracking save from borat ( offside tho ? ) and when he took the ball round him but was just too wide to slot it in

also , i really wish that celtic fans would quit the bleating about all this " unfair advantage " nonsense , short memories i say . How many times did celtic win games due to the blatant cheating from players such as larsson ( only at the start , turned into a true legend ) sutton ( backing into and holding players before swan diving to the deck like a big jessie ) and nakamura ( goes down easier than laugherty )

its swings and roundabouts - thats just football , what i say is man up ( not aimed at you luvvy mate ) and accept that your manager and the club as a whole has totally made an arse of it over the last 2 seasons - if it wasnt for this pathetic attitude and penny pinching from a board who shouldve ensured that you were light years ahead im pretty sure rangers wouldnt have 2 in a row in the bag , infact it would be many years before we could match celtic at all

No probs mate. And I've been saying elsewhere, I don't think the refs are biased, the advantage you had yesterday for me (and for Chick young on the BBC website, and for all the pundits on the radio tonight) was that Lafferty went down like a sack of spuds after some handbags. I don't think you started the game with an advantage, but although the ref can do what he likes, there was no balance if he doesn't book/send off both eejits after the clash, and Bougherra was very lucky to have 4 tackles from behind after being booked and have no further action.

Other players diving, yeah, fair enough, but having watched in a pub in Aberdeen, there's no-one there thinks there's a bigger diver than Laffable after Charlie Mugrew and the "Mummy, mummy, I've been shot" rubbish.

Our manager got it wrong yesterday, but it's not all management. After the season they've had, Burtons must be looking to sponsor the Forces of Darkness as they have to be the jammiest dodgers in town.

big laffable just has a terrible centre of gravity , i think its an inner ear problem :) :)

whata shockingly bad player tho huh :( . 3.5m down the pan lol

More like between the ears problem.

now i am neither a heathen OF fan. I was appauled by the way Lafferty went down (once again after being done in for the last time), however, i do recall Mr Petrov being just as bad as him.

So horseys for courses as the saying goes *

*not sure if that is actually correct

aye , sounds about right matey ;)

cant whack the pantomime thats the old firm lol
2010-03-02 18:58:05
I think it's donkeys in selected circumstances.

Mowbray has left, I heard he drove away from training early.
2010-03-26 23:46:57
You sure he wasn't driven away, had to go. Disgraced the Club.
2010-03-27 10:45:45
you do know he visited the priory every wed&thur every week
2010-03-27 19:12:17
Didnt know that rtg,not suprised though working with the bad players he bought must have been hard. Was he an alcy?
2010-03-27 22:25:39
i dunno the rumour was psyciatric issues but then again it is a rumour
2010-03-27 23:33:50
Psychriatic issues, well, Celtic are playing crap, so I wouldn't be surprised.

I'm glad Lennon and Mjallby got off to a winning start.
2010-03-27 23:34:20
He sold our best players, and only replaced them with loan signings (Keane, Kamara etc.)
2010-03-28 09:33:01
Yep i know i dont support Celtic but the loan signing would annoy me as there relativley big wages and have no value apart from filling gaps.I wouldnt be suprised to see Celtic go like Rangers financially now as they must have lost millions on Mowbrays signings and the new manager whoever it will be willprobably sell the current players as im sure he will see they are not good enough.
